Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Job Direction Premium. We strive to provide the best tools to accelerate your career. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Non-Refundable Digital Services

Due to the digital nature of our services (SaaS), including access to the AI Resume Builder, Premium ATS Pipeline, and direct HR contact features, all subscription purchases are strictly non-refundable once the account is upgraded and access is granted.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not initiate a refund for the current billing cycle. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have premium access until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free "Basic Starter" plan at the end of the cycle.

3. Exceptions for Technical Failures

We may process a refund within 5-7 business days ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • Double Billing: If a technical error causes your card/UPI to be charged twice for a single transaction.
  • Failure to Upgrade: If your payment is deducted but your account is not upgraded to Premium within 24 hours, and you do not wish to proceed.

4. How to Request Help

If you believe you qualify for an exceptional refund due to a technical failure, please raise a ticket by emailing us within 48 hours of the transaction.
